Fit perfectly. It is smaller interms of height, so at first you may think it's the wrong size, but what they did was get rid of the extra plastic that served no purpose. Anyways it worked fine for my 1999 Pontiac grand am.

I purchased this after replacing my headlight lamp and breaking the clip that held it in. This part worked well for my 01 Pont Grand AM.

Pretty basic. A generic replacement for my GM 9007 based headlight assembly. But the tabs seem slightly thinner than the previous OEM ring that came on my car. And it fits ultra tight with a lot of pressure on the angled tabs. So I don't have a lot of confidence that this will last 10 years like my original part. I have a feeling I might be replacing this part every other time I change the 9007 bulb.

I have a '99 Pontiac Grand Am GT 6 Cyl 3.4L. I was informed by both Amazon and a couple of auto places that this part would work for my car but it doesnt. This part measures at 9/16th deep where as the stock part that came off my car measured at 12/16. This part is too shallow and DOES NOT work on my car.
