I wondered if this would be Genuine Gates kit at this price.
After receiving it and not finding a Gates logo on the belt, I contacted the Gates Company via e-mail... They confirmed it was authentic.
Great price for a quality product. Thank you Amazon.com !

Amazon did it again.... I needed a timing belt, idler and tensioner pulley for my 97 camry 4cyl... The gates tck199 was just what I was looking for... amazon beat the local prices...by 50%... timing belt and pulleys installed and function just like the oem parts.... thanks for saving me money again amazon!!

The packaging was great. A lot better than what I've received in the past. The belt fit my 97 Camry perfectly. I was also pleased that I purchased the kit that includes both pulleys and two springs (I only used one spring). The last time I replaced my timing belt was 60,000 miles ago. I was glad that I chose to replace it at this interval as my old belt had stretched considerably. The difference on my cam gear was about 1/2 a tooth. It may not seem like much, but my acceleration is slightly sharper now. Good belt so far. We'll see after another 60,000 miles. :)

Got the product from Amazon, it shipped very fast. I bought it together with OES spring, but when opened the kit I noticed the kit comes with two springs!
So now I have one more backup spring :)
Anyway, the belt is Gates and has been made in USA, both the pulleys were Koyo and made in Japan, the springs were made in Canada.
I installed all them by myself, they just fit perfectly. Good kit, high-quality components. Thanks Amazon!

Gates makes the best belts in the business..if you are replacing your timing belt, go with the best..don't skimp here.
The site I purchased the belt and associated parts from is outstanding..Their price cant be beat..I recommend them highly.
