5Great parts  Oct 05, 2011

Did the trick, great parts. Put it on the truck, steering works great now. No more wobble in the front end of my truck.

3Nice, but could be better.  Mar 05, 2011

I purchased shis Idler Arm for my 2005 Silverado 2500HD. It is made in the USA, but like their pitman arms, there is no rubber boot to seal the tapered shaft between the arm and the center link. Instead they include a foam rubber gasket that will more than likely dryrot within a year or two. This part looks totally different than the OEM part, but the form, fit, and function seem to be acceptable. I just wish they'd go the extra mile and put a rubber boot on it!

4better steering for the H2  Oct 07, 2010

gmc front ends can have a lot of wander. try a new idler and pitman and see if that doesn't clean it up

5Moog has the best chassis parts  Mar 16, 2010
By Lewis Black "Two Chevys"
I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.6l CCSB 4x4, These trucks are hard on suspension and chassis parts, idler arms and pitman arms wear out in as little as 5k miles if using aftermarket wheels with larger tires and more offset. Moog parts are great because they are less expensive than ACDelco and are heaver duty. There is also a support kit made by cognito motorsports that aides these parts in extended life. The Idler arm is in a difficult position to grease as needed, so I recommend adding the remote grease hose and fitting from Moog.

5GMC front end  Oct 13, 2009
By Chris Trujillo
2006 GMC SIERRA 2500HD Much heavier duty than the stock part. Mine went out at 45000 but I am running 37" tires so it accelerated wear on the front end. Great product
